Maple Tree Simmentals

 We specialize in Simmental and Simmental crossbred cattle.
We strive for good milking, medium framed cows that will produce
 quality replacement heifers as well as steers that meet the
needs of commercial feedlots.   Amanda and Nathan are involved
 in the 4-H Beef Program and at Tennessee Tech
and usually will show heifers in 4-H and at fairs.

 Most of our cows have been bred and raised on the farm,
some third and fourth generation, out of some of the best
 bulls we could find.   The bulls we have used have high
weaning weights and good EPD's to produce calves that will
 grow well on momma and grass.  Below is a picture of our top
herd sire along with an example of his progeny.  We feel he
stacks up well against many of the top sires in the country.
